When you get banned it clearly gives you all information including the reason , the admin who banned you and etc ..
and the admin who banned you is *Offset* .

P.S : if you want second chances , you may try not to run away from your guilt and just say you would never try doing that again , so we may trust you again on this .

I'll be honest, due to software issues I wasn't able to record and take any evidence against you.
But since you took the time to actually make a forum account and apply for an unban proves the fact that you want and deserve a second chance.
