First thing I have to tell you is that at least your K/D must be 1.20
And you don't have any skill with deagle, sawn off and Sniper.
So my vote is -1

You do not meet the requirements, your current K/D ratio is 0.42 and it is required to have a K/D ratio of at least 1.20

If you had read and agreed to follow all the rules you would wait for your K/D ratio to increase and apply in future after having all the requirements.
