Maybe He was in Pause.

If He Was in Pause It would show this Icon Near Him.

I said he was in other area (not in spawn area) , he did fly in the air, then i spawned him, so he was in spawn are on the picture proof, so i tried exploded him 2 times, his health doesnt get decreased.
need how many times i should explain that ?

That's not enough and you know it.

You do not have good enough proof and he should be unbanned.
