i was just asking counter about lottie and he say that s abuse ._.   idk why he keep hating me, even if i didnt doo anything... i think he is sick in minds and that s keep him the way he is :/ . I dont have nothing against him, only i dont like get banned for asking an admin about some girl.... was that ban even necesery?

The guys stays inactive for a 1 year and asks for lvl

1. He is useless and i know preety much all admins think the same.

I Told him from irc about asking dejan something and all he did was bouncing questions of me that why u want this or that that guy is his friend(serbian) he is trying to save him.

And now about the torturing he gives me i Had Enough of him i dont take Shit from no body.

But this is still not a reason to permanent ban someone. O_o
If the admin rules haven't been changed, then admins are not allowed to fight with each other, and they have to talk with the Management to solve it.

+1 for the unban appeal. This reason for the ban is not good enough to give a permanent ban.
