RD Base Update

Hello RD Members,

This Reguards the RDbase Script/map

During my time of being inactive, I have scripted a New Function Under the Radar Dish
Lets just say, You can Blow Shit up now :) || hint = missle's.

The Missle Sys can be disabled by lvl 9 - 10 admins at anytime. They are alowed to Disable it at anytime if they please

Added a Parking area - As Requested
---
Removed the Open and close gate cmd, As it is Auto Now. - makes things easier
Removed the Ammo Stash  open and close cmd, As it is Auto Now - ^
---
Added A new Arena, 2 in total now.
---
Added Club House
---
Added Plane Hanger

exactly i only have +8000 score :(
but it's good rule to be have more than 10000 score to see the sys ;)
