You ban evaded a lot of times. Your main account was even "mr.soltan". mr.hunter is just another acc which you used to ban evade with.

You did not prove you read all the needed rules.

You may post a new request in 7 days starting from now (the time this post was posted) and make sure you do not ban evade during this time.
