You can see your ip by visiting this site  cmyip.com. Other alternative way is to type "my ip" in google

idk, If this guy using other account, i just know he just play with Internet Cafe Shop connection, so when i aka him, i'll see many names in that IP, but thats all names are different peoples,

Yeah This is The Biggest Problem to Identify a Multi account User and A player that Plays on Internet Cafe.
