Denied.

You ban evaded and used cheats while ban evading.

You may have proven you read the needed rules, but you surely didn't mean what you write about not using cheats again.

Considering you did prove you read the rules, you will not be banned from the forum and be given a chance to post a new unban request, but not on July (you need to wait until August).
