Read the rules and the web page very carefully, you missed some important parts.
Also the format is not correct type your answers after [ b]:

You got banned months ago. One of the reasons was advertising. The original account which you got banned with was mr.soltan. mr.hunter is just another name you used while ban evading in the first place and thought you would never be caught.

You were even caught using cheats while ban evading, and ban evaded after posting the unban request, including today.

You also created more than one unban request (the new one was removed), didn't fully follow the format and did not prove you read the rules.
