he Breaked Rules 100 Times dude warnned him many times then dude muted him but he evaded mute using /me cmd.
so dude kicked him then he again breaked rules so Finally dude banned him.

First of all, like hitman already said, i warned you ALOT.
You were spamming, so i got a report from a player, so i muted you.
Then you evaded the mute, so i jailed you for 2 minutes.
That jail was because you obviously were evading mute, and even after that i jailed you, i warned you.
Like i said in that picture, "don't leave server, it will only get worse" so this is what happens when you break rules.
And like i said after i banned you "Never underestimate how big your punishment can be when breaking rules"
You can't simple evade them deadpool, you simply just can't  break them and get away with it.
I hope this guy stays banned,
