I have restat my PC and I get new IP but it says U are banned from this server.. Now what to do Moon? :(

Yes , First I have uninstall 3x and I install it again then I open my game and it says U are banned from this server.... Now what to do??

First of all, read out the forum rules well before posting a topic which was meant for someone. You can use PMs, in case if it's disabled, avoid doing that so. Secondly to others, don't just act foolish. Re-installing SA-MP and the whole GTA SA is neither a part of it.
OT: You may have been range banned which bans your beginning IP addresses. Apply for an unban if you haven't appealed. If it's rejected, sorry, you must stay banned.
