And my Score now is 500 if  spawn kill with RPJ my score will be 2000 or 3000 now

I hope you understand the subject and learned that this accusation is false and  This is slur

That's a very stupid sentence. Of course that you can also abuse with RPG and get 500 score.

Anyway, you have been inactive for very long time, and I think that you should play here some more time and learn the new rules and everything, and I do not think that you should have gotten the admin rank right away after coming back from your inactivity.

Hitman , Amr isn't the best admin but he atleast does his job , and he was before u came to 3x , then after a while he gone in a vacation to india so he came back after u shifted to 3x , and i'l i'm sayin is to give him another chance , as player said "he shoud spend a decint time in server and learn all the rules and the new ones then if management saw him acting good/capable of managin admins place then he gets his level back"

This is also not the matter of abusing because Amr was inactive for many months [5 or 4 months ). The rules say that If an admin is inactive for an month will get -1 of his level.. Amr was inactive for long time,So that also an be the reason for his Demotion...

Adnan just came and got level 9, and he was 1 whole year inactive.
