He can still move while getting crashed + the proof is not good enough as you could take the picture right away after you did the burn command, when he still had full health. It can be hard to show only with one picture a good proof of health hacking. Anyway, I suggest you enabling the /timestamp command.

True...video always works...but many pics also does..

I've mentioned it b4. He must of forgot. His good at what he does, and he doesn't ban unless there's a legit reason.
