- Extra information you would like to add: Yes , Im Sorry Sheby ik i used /spec then /cuff but i dont cuff abuse :) i use /cuff then /search (NO WEED) then /uncuff (Found weed?) /ar then if i see him i use /uncuff :)

Spec cuff is not allowed, you must go to the player's place and cuff/search/arrest him/her.
However, those 2 egyptian soldiers on 0.3e are not retarded and are great players in my opinion.
+1 for Unban.
