Dear Staff Members,

The management is pleased to promote and appoint player to level 8 and as Head Administrator of YG. He will be charged with the following responsibilities as his primary tasks while he will be moderating [YG] clan and Trusted Player applications besides it.

Head Administrator's Authority

1. The Head Administrator (Level 8 ) will lead the staff team.
2. If any admin has issues or complaints, they can be resolved with the head admin and the head administrator will provide the management with a final recommendation. The head administrator will let us know if assistant management or management intervention is required in the process.
3. All staff members are respectable, similarly, the head administrator shall be treated with respect as they are senior staff members.
4. Head Administrators will guide and assist level 4 - 7 administrators in day to day operations.
5. Head Administrator will review the performance of all staff members periodically and will have the authority to recommend demotion and promotion of any admin from level 4 to 7, which will be 100% considered by the management members.
6. In addition to the above, the Head Administrator will also look after the forum i-e: Administration board, Ban Appeals, Complaints against admins and making sure that the administration team is timely responding to queries/appeals on the forum.
7. There will be further updates to this thread, I will post a reply when those changes are added to the thread.
