Mouse Fix (fix buggy mouse after exiting ESC)

 -This asi fixes the mouse issue where sometimes your mouse does not work after alt+tabbing or coming out of the ESC menu.

Fix: Use Win32API instead of DirectInput8

Download

(includes JernejL's ASI loader, which is required to load)

Install: Simply drag and drop contents of the zip file into main GTA:SA folder.
