If you plan to shoot a movie, it's San Andreas Camera Hack may be useful.
Let's start with what is saCamHack, is a program through which the player can set the camera in the chosen location. Very easy to work if you want to shoot a very interesting approach to the film that we create. In addition, the applet is added to enable us to counter the speed that works not only in singelplayer but also multiplayer.
The program can be downloaded at the following URL: http://www.thegtaplace.com/downloads/f647-san-andreas-camera-hack-v1-2 - Version 1.2

Getting Started with camhack.1. So after downloading saCamHack unzip it (preferably created by us in an empty folder on your desktop with the chosen name - eg,, camhack'')
2. Now unpack the contents of the zip file to that folder.
3. Then you start clicking on it (appears to us a little window)
4. Now, we can minimize and launch GTA Sa or Sa-Mp-a. (do NOT quit program!)
5. Run the game and in that chosen moment enable that program (default key on the numeric keypad ,,*'' - do not forget to turn on the Num Lock key ^ ^)
6. On the top center of the screen ought to make us jump out of the message, enabled (if we are in vehicle we will get msg "view 1" for example) which means that the program works.
7. To get any cool camera view in vehicle just use change view key (default "v'' key). First 3 camera views will be "original" , number 4 till number 14 are special camera views of saCamHack.
