What is an "Administrator"?
- I suppose that they are the ones who make the server's security against hackers, and protect the players's rights of playing into a good and "rule-breakers-free" place.
Who are then?
- Players. Admins are (or were) players, like any other. People misunderstand us, they think that we are rocks, and must obey rules, kick and ban hackers all the time. NOPE, we are players with trusted powers, only; responsable for your security!
See, i did this topic just to tell everyone something important, that sometimes hurt me...
Many times, players insult us, judge us, and screw us for shitty things.
I have many responsabilities ingame and real life as well. But i never left any player talking alone... I always help them, and make sure (Ever when possible) their doubts are finished;
I always try to be nice, and well.. I got lot of fans xD
A lot love me, like:

"Robert is here <3"
"The best Admin!! Rooooooobert"
So, if you wanna know my secret, i'll tell you.
Feel as a player, be a player. Be like them, have fun like them.
Admin power doesn't mean that you're better of a player,
But mean that you're the one who protect the player.
