Why IRL name in Format?

i didn't know where to ask this , thats why i posted here.

I'm asking why 'IRL name' need in Format? it should normally be in our profile near 'in-game name'
I don't think IRL names in some important formats like , Name change , TP app , IRC App would be useful.

Because there are meny members using multi acc and using thier names so we should now thier real names.

Well its not needed in TP apps etc. But in in-activity topics it is there so that they can be contacted on FB for notifying etc. - Thats what i think xD!

There are many people who dont use their whole IRL name , for example Areeb Beigh -> Areeb rock

It's in Trusted Player apps because they are applying to be a 'Trusted Player' which is quite a big thing, then a clan / gang member. They would have to have a good rep to be accepted. So basically we wanna know more about them, and if we don't know, or they don't list their name, they aren't very trusted
