help to take Screen Shot

there any here who play Need For Speed Hot Pursuit 2010? I want to ask, how do I take a screen shot? when I want to take a screen shot, the result is a black screen, nothing picture except a black screen image.
any suggestions?

follow this steps :
1) pres on (print screen SysRq) on the key board
2) open Microsoft power point and pres on the right click of the mouse and pres past
3) after you past it you will pres again on the right click and choose (save as a photo )
     
           now im finish

ok try a screen shot in any anther  game  with this method if it gives you black screen too this mean your problem from your windows of your computer

When you want to take a screen shot just press PRINT key then open PAINT and press CTRL+V
After that save the Pic.
