Is it allowed to use rpg at spawn place or not?
Some say it is and some say it's not allowed

We shoud set one rule guys , let me give you some examples :
-I remember  this time when a N00B was shooting me with RPG at SP and i reported him to admins , then [RD]ReVenGeR
Told me RPG's are allowed.
-After a week and halfi think i used RPG to kill [YG]WAREWOLF_ but he warned me for a usin it , when i told [RD]ReVenGeR , he told me RPG's are not allowed!!!! so then i have too many Wanrings for no **** reason.
So please Set a permenent rule for RPGS at SP.

Spawn killing isn't allowed with any weapon. Players should act fairly and not be a 'dick' towards others. If there using /rocket and spawn killing with it, than that's not fair, and should be reported!
