The ip ban cmd shoud be used in Emergency Situation as Sanke said not for Car Partical Spam -.-! anyway :
-Dont do it again and +1 for unban.
EDIT / That's the server's adress for gud sake -_- , check this website http cmyip.com  for ur Ip adress.
