brother you can't death evading = death evading is running from fights , have less health , don't run from fights , and only player have second chance , +1 but don't do that again !

I give this guy +1 but don't evade next time , and u didn't finished the whole sentence, I dueled u once and u fell down, then i called u again to duel u came and at 10% of hp u death evaded thats why u got banned.But if its not goin' to happen' again u have +1 from me ;)

Use the ban cmd only in Emergency situations as Snake said.
