Hi all
i want a help from u guyzz ma laptop has got some trouble... When i ON it only the WALL PAPER comes.. ICONS and other stuffs are not appearing.... can anyone help me to solve this plzzz,am sure that its not VIRUS its something else .......... help me plzzzzzz.... :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(

If u have virus download this http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_pro/ and this http://www.avast.com/index scan and remove.

I have same problem as you, But i can trick that,
i used ADSL, i have never plug the cable in before the Windows is ready, after the windows Ready to be used, that's the time to plug the cable in.
Do you use ADSL?

And as Moon said, it will solve clearly if you reinstall your windows, (y)
( i just reinstall my windows to solve that , due to many problem in my laptop also) :D

If i reinstall windows all my files and folders will be removed?????

and when i press CTRL+ALT+DELETE the task manager appears but am not able to do anything!!!!!!!!!!...I can't even scan my computer.. 
WHEN I OPEN MY COMPUTER ONLY WALLPAPER COMES!!!!!....
