How can i upload vids plz anyone tell

Create a youtube account
Login to your youtube account
After logging in click upload (The Upload button should be beside your account name.)
Then Click the Upload Button
And Select your video.
Wait for it to finish Uploading and Tadaa there's your vid.

Well, I think you can't. You're only able to post video here, not by uploading the video here.
If you want to share or you had a video on YouTube, then you can try to copy the direct link of the video. For example :
