You can press the "Print Screen" key on your keyboard. After that, paste it on any picture editors, or Paint, it's the simple one. Then, just save it with the format of the file as you want which provided there.
However, you can visit this site : http://prntscr.com/ and after that, download the software. You can easily take a screenshot by that.

When u press Print Screen the photo will be saved on ur clipboard, open paint and press "Ctrl + V" to paste it or right click and paste it. And the u can save it as an image, to upload do what Ditto said.
