Voting +1 and -1 rule doesn't necessarily the literal meaning of it. According to the rule only admin who ban the player can post his opinion in this thread, and my opinion is he deserve an unban so I use the phrase "+1 for unban" not as a vote but a connotation that I agree unbanning him.
