If Its Before You Want To Type Your Password , You Are Not Banned , Just Restart Your Modem Or Re-Install SAMP

I Restarted my Modem and Re-installed My Sa-mp also But Nothing Happens.
There is Written in the Screen  that "You Are Banned From The Server".
